The cost of our deliveries depends on the shipping method chosen when placing the order.

Standard shipping (Spain) from 2 to 7 working days.

  • Standard Shipping is FREE on all orders shipped to Spain peninsula without minimum order amount.

  • Standard shipping costs 5.99€ for deliveries to the Balearic Islands. (If the amount of this shipment to the Balearic Islands is higher than 115.99€. THIS WOULD BE FREE)

  • *Returns of orders paid through the deferred payment method cannot be refunded in our physical stores.

  • Shipping Standard (Portugal) from 2 to 7 working days.

  • Standard Shipping costs 5.99€ for deliveries to Portugal. (If the amount of such shipment to Portugal is higher than 69.99€. THIS WOULD BE FREE).

  • *When returning orders placed in Portugal, it is the customer who must take charge of both the shipping method and its cost (prior authorization from our customer service department).

  • Modality Standard Shipping (Other EU countries) from 2 to 7 working days.

  • Standard shipping costs 9.99€ for deliveries to Europe except Spain and Portugal.

  • *When returning orders placed in Europe (except Spain and Portugal), it is the customer who must take charge of both the shipping method and its cost (prior authorization from our customer service department).

  • Shipping Express (only Spain) 24-72 working hours.

  • If you choose Express Shipping at the time of placing your order, it will cost 3,99€ without minimum order amount.

  • In case of return of the order, the cost of Express Shipping of 3,99€ will not be refunded.

  • Express Shipping service is only available for Spain peninsula.


  • Modality Delivery by Cash on delivery (only Spain) from 2 to 7 working days.

  • The Cash On Delivery has an additional management cost of €2.99.

  • In case of return of the order, the additional management cost of €2.99 will not be refunded.

  • Cash on delivery will only be available for Spain peninsula.



  • Change of Address of a Shipment (Spain and Portugal)

  • Cases of change of address of a shipment once the order has already left our facilities will have a management cost of 2.99€.

  • The customer must bear the added shipping costs arising from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided that this entails an extra charge by the shipping agency.


  • The delivery time of the order will depend on the option you have chosen when making the online purchase. These options are as follows:

    Standard Shipping (All countries) from 2 to 7 working days.


  • 80% of shipments made by Standard mode are actually delivered in 24-72 hours, but we can not guarantee it 100% since some of our shoes are in one of our physical stores located outside the province from which shipments are made and this means a few extra days in delivery.

  • Express delivery 24-72 working hours +3,99€ (only Spain)

  • This shipment guarantees that the order is delivered to you within 24-72 working hours as it is sent directly from the physical store that is the item to the delivery address you have given us.
  • Express Shipping service is only available for Spain peninsula.

  • *All orders are handled on the same day as long as this has been received before 12:00 hours.

  • For orders placed after this time will be counted as if they were made the next day for delivery purposes.


  • Of course you can make an exchange!

  • If you have ordered the wrong size, colour or size and you want to make an exchange, send us an email to: info@zapatosmayka.es, call us on: +34 966 286 899 or send a WhatsApp message to the following number: 670 381 650. You should state your order number and the new size that you require.

  • The product exchange service is €2,99


  • How do I make an exchange?


  • Once you have informed us about your exchange, our Customer Service Department will check to see if the item is available in the new size. If there is stock the Post Office carrier will deliver the new item ordered and in turn you should hand over the item that you wish to exchange to the delivery person (the item should be properly packaged and in the original box that was sent to you).


  • Change of size is only available for orders placed in mainland Spain.

  • The change of address service is FREE as long as the order has not left our premises; if it has, this change of address will incur a processing charge of €2.99.


  • There are two places where you can pick up your order. You can choose the one that is most convenient for you.


  • At the address that you give us in your order.

  • At your nearest Post Office.
  • Item damaged or you don’t like it? Don’t worry, there’s a solution for everything.

  • If the item that you have received has a fault or does not look much like the photo that you saw on the website, you can return it to us FREE OF CHARGE!

  • If the item that you have received is in good condition, but you don’t like it or have changed your mind, don’t worry you can also return it. This service is free for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.


  • Period for Returns


  • The time that you have for returning an order is 365 calendar days from when you made the purchase in our online shop.

  • Damaged or worn items are not accepted for return.

  • Remember that the item you return must be in the same condition as it was when you received it, with its original packaging and protected by a bag or box.

  • Different items from the same order will be returned together. I from the same order returned separately will not be accepted.


  • How do I make a return?


  • It’s very easy, you should contact us by email at: info@zapatosmayka.es by calling: +34 966 286 899 or via WhatsApp on the following number: 670 381 650 and tell us that you intend to make a return.

  • Recommended Method: Once you have contacted us, our Customer Service Department will give you an authorisation number which you will be asked for when you take your parcel to your nearest Post Office. You decide when is the best time to return your purchase and the Post Office has several branches in practically every city in Spain.

  • You can also opt for collection from your home, although this is not the most recommended because it creates difficulty when it comes to arranging the pick-up time with
  • the Post Office and it obliges the customer in many cases to stay at home all day. Bear in mind too that, if the Post Office courier company is unable to collect the parcel this can lead to an added charge of €2.99.
  • If your order has been sent Cash on Delivery or Express and you wish to return it, the extra processing charges of €2.99 will not be returned.

  • *For returns of orders placed in Portugal, the customer will have to be responsible for both the shipping method and its cost (subject to authorisation from our customer service department).

  • *Returns of orders paid for through the Payment by Instalments platform or finance company will not be able to be refunded in our high-street shops.

  • The cost of €2.99 for returns and size changes will come into force from August 3, 2022, and this circumstance will not affect orders that have been placed previously.
